Flight
One Support
Flight One is committed to supporting its customers.
To offer the best possible support and the quickest and easiest access
to the information you need, we provide several support resources.
Many issues can be resolved by simply reading provided
documentation. You may also find documentation on the CD or in the
main folder of your installed product. Just browse the CD using Windows
Explorer and look for files with the doc or txt extension. Flight One developed
products typically have a file called !Read1st.txt (or doc). However, if
you need one on one support, we will provide that for you. Below are some
of our support options.
Product Updates
One of the most important things to first check is the
product updates area. Even if your product is brand new, there may be an
update posted for it. It is always a good idea to periodically check this
site for new updates for your product.

Product Discussion Forums (Temporarily
closed during the server move)
If your question lies outside the realm of the
documents, we offer discussion forums where you can post questions
and read responses from us, or other Flight One customers. The
forums are to exchange support information, but if you need more
immidiate assistance, please contact support@flight1.com by e-mail.
The forums are the place to ask a question or post a response.
All are welcome. However, we ask you to address non-technical questions
to sales@flight1.com.
